Please use the link to print the form.  You can return your form to the church at 300 South Irby Street along with your $10 T-shirt fee. 

The campers will participate in the following in 30 minute rotations:

• Worship
• Choir
• Handbells
• Crafts
• Art

A snack will be provided at 10:30am each day.  The Preschoolers will meet separately with their own music and arts.
